# Redeemer

When you wish to guarantee your Earn position will exchange 1:1 for stablecoins such as USDC or USDT and are will willing to wait then the redeemer tool in the [Dashboard](https://mortgagefi.app/dashboard) might be right for you.

All repayments and early repayment fees (minus 10% protocol fees) flow directly into the redeemer to service users who have deposited into it to exit.\

It's important to remember that whilst your Earn tokens are in the redeemer they will not accrue yield. This is by design to prevent all holders from entering the redeemer whilst giving priority to those who need to exit.\
\
All users who have deposited into the redeemer have a weighted position based on their deposit size. This means that everyone receives a proportion of the funds that enter. To clarify there is not a queueing system, instead all users are treated equally in terms of priority. Position size is the only factor that determines a users redemption speed in USD terms.\
