Internal valuation pricing model

Assets (such as cbBTC) available to mortgage in our vaults are not priced at current market valuations but instead are valued at the average price the protocol acquired them for using liquidity from Earn users. Each time the vault acquires assets they enter the pool and influence the average price per unit of the entire pool based on their size proportional to the existing pool size.
